As a Project Coordinator, you ensure project execution and quality standards while acting as a key interface between your team and the customer – making a major contribution to the site's success!
Lead the on-site project team, including personnel deployment and shift planning
Ensure project goals and manage quality, technical aspects, costs, and budget
Coordinate visual, functional, and measurement inspections for incoming goods
Perform qualitative and quantitative checks on purchased parts (inbound and outbound)
Serve as a main contact for the customer and handle reporting activities
Document defects, inspection results, and work outcomes
Ihre Schlüsselqualifikationen
Your Key Qualifications
Completed vocational training in a technical or industrial field
Leadership experience, e.g. as a shift supervisor
Professional experience in production or logistics, preferably in the automotive sector
Willingness to work in shifts (early, late, and night)
Good English skills and good knowledge of either German or Polish
