Your Responsibilities
As a project manager, you are the driving force behind the successful planning, coordination, and execution of our projects:
Efficient planning and management of personnel and resources with a focus on cost optimization and target achievement
Technical leadership, training, and motivation of the operational team
Documentation and analysis of project results
Customer communication and project reporting
Your Key Qualifications
Completed vocational training and experience in the automotive industry
Leadership and project experience (e.g. in production, logistics, or incoming goods inspection)
Solid MS Office skills
Ability to read technical drawings
Good English skills and good knowledge of either German or Polish
