As Shift Supervisor, you play a central role in the operational and strategic coordination of your team.
Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency during shift operations
Lead the team professionally and coordinate quality inspection projects
Optimize workflows and act as point of contact for questions regarding processes and procedures
Prepare reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
Ihre Schlüsselqualifikationen
Your Key Qualifications
Completed vocational training in a technical or industrial field
Work experience in quality inspection, production, or logistics within the automotive industry
Willingness to work in shifts (early, late, and night)
Good English skills and good knowledge of either German or Polish
